I’m a Digital Strategy Lead, with years of diverse agency experience.

 

I began in Digital Media Planning (2000-2012), on clients like IBM, Bank of America, and LG.

​

As Digital & Client Lead (2012-2018), I oversaw both Media Planning & Digital Strategy components, such as wire-framing technical processes for American Express & leading cross-agency sessions for Nestlé to understand users' paths to purchase.

​

Years of managing clients guide my INTERVIEW phase, where I unearth needs & wants.

 

In the SYNTHESIZE phase, as with my Nestlé work, I look for patterns & shared user desires.

 

The DESIGN, TEST, and ITERATE phases allow me to get closer to what the user actually wants.

 

Because the user is not me, I'm prepared to be surprised and to pivot at every stage.
